A perfect central position to visit the city Nice service Nice room Excellent central position. The parking is a must. Nice overview on the roof - bar area Breakfast is not famous. Coffee is horrible

The stay was good but my hotel rent was deducted twice by this hotel The stay in Hotel Palace Sevilla was already paid by my credit card from R1Hotel when I booked the room . But during check out, I was told that the room was not paid and I had to pay again. Intentionally I thought may be the credit card was used to have initial booking. But later I realized that twice the amount was deducted- Once while booking by Credit card and 2nd time while checking out in the hotel reception. When I informed this incident, they realized their fault. Though they are still unable to understand that at hotel , I used my debit card and not the credit card and they keep on asking me the same question of giving my credit card number. They have huge communication problem. Since they only talk spanish and that's why a lot of misunderstanding . I am still behind them to get my money back. Hope to get it back soon.

Estancia tranquila y con una ubicación muy buena. Ubicación ideal, hotel tranquilo, habitación limpia y muy confortable. No me gustó que no funcionara la musica ni la luz dentro de la ducha.

EXCELENT Hotel ligt op een centrale plek. Niet midden in het oude centrum maar op 10 minuten lopen.( door winkelstraten) prima om vanuit het hotel lopend alle wijken can de stad te bezoeken
