Excellent All staff were so friendly and helpful. From check in, when we realised we would prefer a different room for our 9 day stay, to the daily greetings from staff who were always cheerful and helpful. Special thanks to Carlos on the night desk who gave us sons excellent ideas for more unusual things to see and do. I would have loved some tea and coffee in the room but it's not one of the services. The safe in our room had a problem that unfortunately could not be solved during our visit.

A super stay in Sevilla First of all a special thanks to Carlos for his good advice and kindness and the whole staff. Super location close to everything. Room clean, quiet silent, good value for money. Small note, the air conditioning was a little noisy but it didn't bother us much

EXCELENTE Lo mejor, aparte de su ubicación, es la amabilidad de su personal. Aquí me gustaría mencionar a Belén, del barrio de Triana, que hizo que nuestros desayunos fueran cómo en casa.

Perfect position for a cosy hotel The hotel is in a perfect location to reach the Cathedral, the Alcázar and all the other monuments within minutes. The staff was helpful and responded promptly and accurately to our requests. The room comfortable although not very big. Breakfast colle ne improcedibilità for the sweet part ad itdoes not offre a larve varietà of product.

EXCELENT The rooms are spacious,towels are supplied, beds are comfortable, there was no refreshments, tea or coffee. They provided a fridge which is a great idea.the rooms are provided with air conditioning, the weather has been really hot so its a refreshing coolness in the room. Sadly 02.30 in the morning, the air conditioning unit decided to break down. The staff member on duty quickly found us another room. So hot and sweaty leave our belongings in one room to continue our night in another. All was resolved quickly.

EXCELENT Ubicación, desayuno, personal todo muy bien. Deberian cambiar los colchones, estan gastados y se hace un hoyo almedio acostado.
